As our products are Made-to-Order, we have established the following guidelines to ensure a fair and efficient process for all our customers.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We offer refunds or replacements only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to a production or fulfillment error.
Eligible issues include:

The product arrives physically damaged (torn, broken, etc.).

The print quality is poor or the customization differs significantly from your original order.

The physical size of the product received does not match the measurements in our official Size Chart.
Important Note: Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds or returns for:

Change of mind or personal preference.

Incorrect size chosen by the customer (please refer to our Size Chart before ordering).

Customer errors in customization details (spelling, design choice).
2. Exchanges
We are happy to assist with exchanges under the following conditions:

Defective/Incorrect Items: We will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you and cover all shipping fees.

Size/Style Change (Non-Defective): If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, the item must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition with all tags attached. In this case, the customer is responsible for both return shipping and the reshipping costs of the new item.
3. Return & Exchange Window
All requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth process:

Provide Evidence: Include your order number and clear photos showing the defect, damage, or size discrepancy (using a measuring tape if relevant).

Instruction: Our team will review your request within 48–72 hours and provide the return address and specific instructions.

Inspection: Returned items are inspected at our warehouse within 3 business days of arrival.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is inspected and approved:

A refund will be processed back to your original payment method (PayPal).

Refund timing depends on PayPal and your linked bank’s processing times (typically 3–7 business days).
6. Return Address
All authorized returns must be sent to our U.S. distribution center: Address: 3250 Eastmoreland Dr N, Oregon, OH 43616, United States.
Please do not return items to the sender's address on the package without prior authorization from our support team.
