1. Returns and Refunds (Defective Products Only)
True Faith Art accepts returns only when the received product is defective, damaged, or significantly incorrect due to our production or printing error.
Eligible issues include:
- Product arrives damaged.
- Print or customization contains errors that differ from the original order.
- The physical size received does not match the measurements in our official size chart.
2. Exchanges
We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
- Defective Items: We replace the item at no additional cost and cover shipping for the replacement.
- Size/Style Change (Non-Defective): Item must be in original, unused, unwashed condition with tags and original packaging. Customer is responsible for return and reship shipping costs.
Timeframe: All return/exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please follow these steps to begin the process:

- Provide Evidence (Required for Defects): Send clear photos showing the defect, damage, incorrect print, or size discrepancy (use a measuring tape photo if relevant).
- Processing: Our team will provide the return address and instructions. Returned items are inspected within 72 hours of arrival.
- Refund or Replacement: If eligible, we will process a refund or ship a replacement. Refund timing depends on your payment provider.
