All products sold on TRUEFAITHART are Made-to-Order.

Production Time: Once payment is received, your item enters production (typically 4–7 business days).

Variations: Due to the custom nature of our printing process, slight variations in color, design placement, or alignment are normal and are not considered defects.

Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to verify sizing (via our Size Charts) and customization details before checkout.

4. Billing & Payments

All U.S. orders are shipped from our warehouse in Oregon, Ohio.

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Undeliverable Packages: Items returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund and will be donated per our company policy.

TRUEFAITHART shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website. Our products are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
