2. Shipping Rates (United States)

We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase or discount code is required.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been crafted and shipped, you will receive an automated email containing a Tracking Number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly on the carrier’s official website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

6. Address Accuracy & Modifications

  • Correction Window: You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to request any changes to your shipping information.

  • Incorrect Address Policy: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. TRUEFAITHART is not responsible for packages that are lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • Returns to Warehouse: Packages returned to our warehouse due to incorrect addresses will be donated per our company policy and are not eligible for a refund or free reshipment.

7. Delivery Issues

  • Marked as Delivered: If your tracking information confirms that the package has been "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, please contact the local carrier branch directly. TRUEFAITHART cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

  • Customs & International Duties: For international orders, any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
