At True Faith Art, we're committed to delivering unique, high-quality products. Since all our items are made to order, we begin the design, printing, and production process immediately after your payment is received.

Production & Shipping Timelines

Our typical production time for your custom order is 4–7 business days. After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.

Please note that the delivery times below are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once your package is handed over to the carrier, any delays are beyond our control.

Additional Notes

• The timeframes above apply to standard shipping.
• Some orders may require extra time for production or delivery depending on order volume or item type.
• Unexpected delays: Shipping carriers or suppliers may experience issues outside our control. We will notify you via email if we are aware of delays.
• Holiday Season: During peak times, deliveries may take longer than usual.
• International Orders: Customs processing may add extra days, and delays are not within our control.
• Production time is not included in shipping time.

Incorrect Address Policy

It is crucial to provide the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. True Faith Art cannot be held responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to request any address or information changes. Once the order has shipped, we cannot modify the address.

Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address will be immediately donated and will not be eligible for a refund.
