SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, item availability, and local regulations. Please note that we do not ship or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.
In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We ask for your patience and suggest allowing additional days for transit. If there is a significant delay in your shipment, we will notify you via email or telephone.
If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please first contact the shipping courier using your tracking code. For further assistance, you can reach our team via email.
SHIPPING ESTIMATES AND DELIVERY CHARGES
Shipping and delivery fees are calculated based on your order value and destination. By placing an order, you agree to the collection of these fees on behalf of our logistics partners.

The title and risk of all products pass to you upon delivery. If a shipping fee was charged and a product is subsequently returned or cancelled, fees will be refunded proportionately in accordance with our return policy.
WRONG ADDRESS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If an insufficient or incorrect address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for any reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.
In some cases, packages may be held at the nearest local post office due to address issues. We recommend reaching out to your local office to arrange a pickup.
Please Note: Local distributors typically attempt delivery 1-3 times. If unclaimed, the package may be held for 3-7 days before being returned to us. Truefaithart cannot be held responsible for products lost during the return process due to an unclaimed delivery.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has departed our facility. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.
My tracking says “No information available at the moment”:
It is common for tracking information to appear blank until the carrier scans the package at their hub. This may take up to a week after you receive your tracking link. If there is still no information after 7 days, please contact us for an update.
MULTIPLE PACKAGES
For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if combined shipping was requested. Please keep this in mind when monitoring your deliveries.
RETURN SHIPMENT REQUIREMENTS
Our delivery partners only accept Truefaithart articles returned in their original packaging. Please do not include unrelated items in the return package, as this may violate shipping regulations and result in the return being rejected.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Truefaithart is not responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs office, and we cannot predict or cover these costs. We are also not responsible for delays caused by customs departments in your country.
DAMAGES
Truefaithart is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and the damaged goods until the claim is resolved.
